Deutsch: Ich spiele gerne, keine Glücksspiele, aber Spiele, bei denen der Geist gefordert ist und die trotzdem Freude und Entspannung vermitteln. Unter anderem spiele ich gerne Schach. Ich bin keine gute Spielerin, ich verliere oft, greife aber trotzdem immer wieder zu dem Brett und den Figuren. Mit diesem Bild habe ich festgehalten, was mich an Schach fasziniert, obwohl ich so selten siege. Entspannung- Schach vermittelt mir Ruhe. Ich würde nie gegen eine Uhr spielen, wie es bei vielen Spielern der Fall ist, ebenso würde ich nicht simultan, also gegen mehrere Spieler zeitgleich spielen. Schach ist für mich auch einfühlen in den Partner, ihn beobachten, allein dadurch herausfinden, was seine Pläne sind, mit welcher Strategie er versuchen wird, meinen König- und somit mich-matt zu setzten. Obwohl Schach ursprünglich ein Kriegsspiel ist, darauf ausgelegt, den Gegner zu vernichten, hat es für mich nichts kriegerisches, es wird bestimmt von Logik und Menschenkenntnis.
